Our Returns Policy

We can only survive if our customers are happy and we will ensure it remains that way. Items can be can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. If we made a mistake or the item arrived defective, please contact us here and we’ll make things right.

To return or exchange an item please follow the steps below:

1. Please contact us first so we can give you a reference number.
2. Repack the item with all the tags attached.
3. Complete the Returns form that you received with e-mail, and pop it inside your parcel.
4. Attach the relevant sticky label to your parcel and post it off! Remember to get proof of postage and keep this safe.
5. Note the new size or item desired. (We cannot guarantee all items and sizes will be in stock for exchanges.)
6. Mail your return to:

7. Once your return is received, your new item(s) will be shipped out at no additional cost or we will issue your refund.
